Butterbeans&Bows
I haven’t left the house without a bow in my hair since I was two. My world is one of whimsy filled with pinks and purples, ribbons and daydreams. My art is a reflection of that, inspired by my breezy childhood afternoons swinging in a hammock on the beaches and creeks of Pawleys Island S.C. where my imagination ran as wild as the tides.
Hobbies
When I’m not painting or creating; I’m lost in a good book, exploring new places, at my farm, or in the kitchen trying out recipes. Everything I make carries a bit of the magic of nostalgia, adventure, a bubblegum pink moonrise, being rocked to sleep by a sailboat, and the joy of the little things. I hope my art brings you as much happiness as it brings me to create it.
Island to Farm
I live by the sea and wander to my little country farm to rest, paint, cook, and watch the stars.
Pawleys Island
I was raised on the ocean, barefoot on an island with my sweet family, fresh seafood on the table, hammocks swaying, watching the tides change by the dock.
à la ferme
Biscuit towers, and pretty flowers. I can’t wait until Spring! We grow peanuts and I picked some & made boiled peanuts! My Dad loved them.
