June & July 2026
I can’t believe it’s August already! It definitely feels like it though, I get annoyed every time I walk outside because I don’t like to be sweaty and my hair gets all flat. I’ve had such an amazing summer, how bout’ Norway in the World Cup!!!

June & July were filled with beaches, boats, puppies, shopping, food and fun! I’m truly grateful. I added a few pics below. I love the Island Christmas shop, I’ve been a loyal customer since I was a kid. There’s a candy shop next door too! We had tornados up at the farm, life is funny because it blew the water pump house out into the fields. I hope it took that snake with it, bc I don’t know who was going to stick their hand in there to cut the water off for winter. Not me. My sister and I didn’t know to switch it on and off in the winter at first, and busted all the pipes in the cabins one year lmao. The tornado also sucked the doors off the barn and tore down the weather vane my Dad let me pick out. I really hope I can find all the pieces to it. The security cams picked up nothing, but they sure do alert me every 3 seconds when this one bumblebee buzzes around it. I understand why my Dad was always getting irritated with stuff, its like it’s always something. But, life’s an adventure and we will get it all straightened back out.
Well, back to school for now! The next few months are my favorite, I love Fall and the holidays, so much to look forward to! See you soon!

Lilly Pulitzer has a dog line out! It’s adorable, Peggy and Boats are big fans! Lilly is so nostalgic for me, just classic. It reminds me of a Slim Aarons photo, of shopping with my Mom and Grandma, getting dressed to eat seafood at my families fav restaurant in Pawleys. Ya’ll check it out. I hope they do more of this I’m obsessed! XoXo
Memorial Day 2026
We had a fun long weekend in Pawleys this year! I made hot dog deviled eggs that I saw on TikTok, and they turned out super cute! I bought the peeled fresh shrimp & sautéed them in butter and lemon! So good! I have crab cakes too that I froze for another time. We enjoyed the beach, dock, pool and fresh summery air! Ya’ll watch the Boroughs on Netflix! I’m halfway through it, The Duffers are so talented, I have no attention span and anything they do I could watch forever. One more week until schools out! We are headed to the Farm for a few days.
